Spaghetti & Meatballs

Normally when I make pasta, I simply add a sauce and perhaps a kielbasa sausage. They are quick and I can heat them in the microwave. But this time I wanted something classic, spaghetti and meatballs. Gluten-free pasta of course, and plenty of substitutions in the meat balls. The dish turned out so well my husband said it reminded him of spaghetti when he was a child.

Ingredients:
Gluten-free spaghetti
Spaghetti sauce
Meat Balls
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup Kikkoman gluten-free panko
- ¼ cup Cheri’s HazelCream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs Italian herbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer
- 2 Tbs warm water
- 4 oz Follow Your Heart Parmesan
