I made fried chorizo hashbrown patties for dinner. They were good but I knew I could make a better baked version. Try topping with salsa, it’s delicious!

- 67.5 g gfJules All Purpose flour (1/2 cup)
- 6 Tbs Just Egg
- 1/4 cup Cheri’s HazelCream
- 8 oz chorizo
- Small onion, diced
- 4 oz Daiya non-dairy shreds
- Salt, pepper, red peppers for seasoning
- Salsa for topping
