Chicken Pot Pie
Recipe Details:
This is a family favorite, and is a great dish for a potluck. Aside from the baking time, it’s quick to put together, especially if you have left over chicken that’s already cooked. This recipe uses carrots, onions, and cilantro, but you may use a wide variety of veggies – whatever you have on hand. You could also leave out the chicken for a vegan dish.
